Time out.
Are you at TESC, Excelsior, or Charter Oak State? Those are the only three schools I can think of that will accept 80+ CLEP credits.
edit> reread the OP, and it sounds like you're fairly screwed. If I were you, I'd transfer all my DSST exams on the two-digit scoring system over to Excelsior so that the credits will be graded. Also, take every graded DSST you can get your hands on and do the same before you graduate.
This is, like, the best grade inflation method I know of, even though it's brutally transparent to adcoms.

Though I appreciate your honesty, your remark about how I shouldn't go to law school was a bit drastic; in my honest opinion.

I know undergrad prestige generally doesn't matter, but this might be the exception. This "college" sounds like a transparent degree mill.
OP, not sure why you're even asking. You clearly think you know better than everyone telling you that going to a random TTTT is a dumb idea, so why bother arguing? Do what you've already decided to do.

That's just wrong. Everybody knows law school is the one of the best routes to making a good income without working a ton of hours. That's undisputed fact. Going to one of these TTTT schools these elitists hate on so much won't hurt your career at all. What you need to do is go there and work really hard, and you'll graduate at the top of your class with a ton of options. I know the bail bonds business as well, and opening your own law firm will be very profitable and won't require nearly as much time as your current job. It wouldn't surprise me if you manage a 9-5 work week. Don't let the naysayers drag you down. You have to believe in yourself.
Apply to a bunch of TTTT's since you only need the JD, I recommend Cooley, Barry (comes with free Disney souvenirs), andPhoenix School of LawArizona Summit School of Law. Good luck my friend.
