I'm confused.

How are you able to take the LSAT for the fifth time, unless some of your LSAT's are out of two year period?

Also, why would taking the LSAT five times look bad on his report?

I'm definitely disadvantaged. First in my family to go to college, come from a low-income household, I'm a minority, I wasn't born with a mind for the hard sciences or math, I went to college at a time when I was too young to know what I really wanted, a girl recently tried to ruin my whole life because I called her a few times, the job situation, the law school situation, etc etc etc.
You can actually learn the hard sciences and math.
You could have not gone to college if you didn't know what you wanted.
The girl isn't something that just happens to you.
The job situation isn't something that just happens to you.
The law school situation isn't something that just happens to you.

You make fucking choices and take the fucking consequences

Yeah, okay, Rascal. Enjoy your sad, pathetic life where nothing that happens is your fault and you sit in your mom's basement spinning elaborate fantasies about law school and being a professional gambler and how that girl who blocked your number really wants you to call her from pay phones. Have a good time.

Whatever you do, don't change your outlook because it's been serving you well so far.

This is kind of scary. You've mentioned the possibility of meds; would you consider talking to a professional?

Real or troll, you just officially went from mildly entertaining with your shtick to completely intolerable.

Yep that's exactly it, my friend.

Haha what's with all the personal attacks in this thread? There's a lot of anger to go around on the internet huh? 8)

My comment was not meant to be an attack; I meant it in good faith. I think you could benefit from talking to someone.

That'd be fun to meet someone who also loves to play poker and just wants to go around and play in tourneys, grab some beers afterwards, and then hit the road again for the next tourney. Hopefully neither one of us ever busts haha.

And I'd suggest you watch more horror movies so things seem less scary lol.

I'm just surprised by the willful ignorance despite all the time you've spent on TLS. I also think you're underestimating your C&F issues like others have stated. ND's LSAT median is down to a 163, so a 3.5 161 really should be an auto admit and that raises a red flag for me.

I thought ND's median was higher than that. Anyway, I'll be there in a New York minute if I get in off the waitlist again. I just hope this darn score doesn't destroy my chances. And I really hate that I wrote a 2 page addendum. I should have kept it really brief. Now if I do get in again, I'm sure the C&F committee will have access to that and will judge me harshly because of that even though it will have been 4 years in the past.

Oh what is it with this profession?

o_0. We're future lawyers man. Not for nothing, but if i ever needed to hire a lawyer, it wouldn't be the one who had anything on his record. Just an FYI, but you're talking about how everything is in the past, and how you've matured and all of that, but your inability to admit to your mistakes and own them are contradicting your words.

Before you even consider LS, you also might want to check if you'll be hired OUT of LS. I doubt PD/Gov work is available to you, and i think firms would be very very hesitant to hire you, even if you had STELLAR credentials.

DaRascal, stop posting the same dumb questions and making the same dumb excuses for your life. You clearly aren't listening to anything anyone here is trying to tell you and i have to conclude that you're trolling. Don't post again unless you have a specific question that doesn't have anything to do with why schools should overlook all the glaring red flags in you application because you're really a good guy who's had rough things happen to you, because you're the only person who sees you that way.
