6'3
you can probably reach 8.5-9' feet then

what is it like being 5'6?
I bet my vertical is better than yours tho

i bet it's not. mine was just under 40" when measured last.

honesty though, dont worry about it man - lots of people out there will "look over" your height and accept you for who you are inside.

You've disclosed enough to let us know you want to totally fuck yourself over/make a mistake you'll assuredly regret.

no. ive ONLY disclosed enough for people to give an admissions prediction. literally nothing further.

you dont know:
1) how many times ive taken the lsat
2) what kind of job im currently in, and how it relates to my JD aspirations.
3) what facet within business law i plan to pursue
4) my financial situation
5) my regional ties/ post graduate career prospects.

and you know none of this because it is immaterial to the question i've asked. again, you are a random 5,000 post avatar on an online forum. your career advice is of no interest to me - again, unless you have anecdotal insight into the law school admissions question that i've asked, then your entire existence is irrelevant as far as i am concerned. just sayin'.

Yeah and I know this:

the vast majority of people who go to those schools (or law school in general) regret it.

I'm just trying to save you some pain, friend.

Why did you edit your LSAT to increase it by a point, btw? Just seeing how that changes things?

If you place so little value on what the people here have to say, why did you even ask?

lol another "senior" poster with laughable reading comprehension skills.

I value the opinions of the people here very highly WHEN it pertains to the specific subject that I've inquired into. When i intentionally provide limited info in a "chances" thread, why the fuck would i value any career advice that follows. im sure lots of people here can give great career advice, and if i should ever feel compelled to seek such advice, i will head over to the legal employment board and provide adequate info.

you guys are laughable. are you like this in real life?

OP, for some reason, is craving anecdata.

They just want a one or two people to come out of the woodwork and say:

"hey man, I applied to BU, BC, and GULC with a 163/4 and a 3.2x. Got in to BU/BC and then GULC off the waitlist. You should totally apply.

P.S. I know you're big on the totally logical separation of admissions advice and career advice (I know I was at your age), but I can't help but add that I now have a baller IP law job out of GULC with no science background. The debt was nbd to be honest, because I have made such a killing in law. I can post this again in your next thread designated for career advice if you like. F@#k the haters.

Hope this helps."

And based on this:

Would BC/BU/UNC/ND consider me?
Barely.

Would Georgetown be a COMPLETE waste of an application?
Yes.

How far down the list would I need to look in order to be considered for a substantial scholarship?
Much further.

Generally speaking, I am interested in pursuing some facet of business law.
Oh look, a thing unrelated to your stated purposes for making this thread. Funny how people started responding to it. Who would have thunk.

thanks for the link, boss. fortunately, i am not wasting ANYONE's time. everyone that responded did so entirely of their own volition. for whatever reason, they deemed it worth their time to respond - just want to make that clear.

There you go, OP. I'm not gonna pander to your mysteriously increasing LSAT score in the first post.

Many thanks for correcting the record. You will most assuredly make a tremendous jurist, kind sir. I bid you adieu.

I never understood people who ask questions and dislike listening of any kind. Sorry you didn't like the answers, but they gave you the answer to your question. Best of luck, OP (I mean that sincerely, not in the sarcastic way it came off).

this is the first valid point raised against me thus far. that additional info was, in fact, entirely unnecessary. but make no mistake about it: the exact same response would have followed had i not included that piece.

They probably assumed you'd listen to their words. Once they realized they were incorrect, their time was wasted. It may have not been deliberate, but it happened. No worries. This post is a waste of my time and is seemingly useless, although you're not forcing me to write it. Just wanted to clarify for you .

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
