most people improve at least a little bit, which in your case should at least land you a few t14 acceptances

cornell has the largest percentage of non-resident aliens and people with foreign bachelor degrees of all the t14 so it's def. worth applying to (& they offered me $$$ despite not having a US gpa)

Sweet! I do personally know some of my pals who got in Cornell with $$$.
Maybe next time I'll try putting Cornell on my list.

I think being an alien is a solid soft, not very many aliens in law schools these days. I think you get more of a boost if you're a martian than any other type IIRC.
