Why is your situation ride or die?

Mostly parental pressures to attend law school as early as possible and the threat of financial independence if I do not.

I feel for OP here....I assume his parents know little about the legal market or else they would not put this pressure. No parent would want to rush their kid off to law school, pay for at least part of it, and have them end up in lots of debt / unemployment post grad

As a TX resident , I would only go to SMU or UH at a full ride or close to it.

What have you been scoring in recent PT's? If you think you can get a 161 i may consider the Feb LSAT for UH and SMU, but even then I would highly recommend holding off for UT Austin
