OP: congratulations for what's coming your way! You've certainly earned it! Best of luck for the cycle.
3.7/170 is fine for the T14, generally speaking. There is not really much you can do to separate yourself from other applicants besides improve your numbers. OP ought to be commended though! GL!
Fine? For a URM female vet? She is going to buttfuck this cycle.
I didn't say OP was going to do fine. It is clear that she is going to kill this cycle. I simply said that a 170 & 3.7 is fine is response to the comment that stated that such applicants need to realize that they are in competition with individuals such as OP. The comment was meant to show that people cannot do a whole lot outside the realm of #'s to distinguish themselves in a meaningful way.

As long as you disclose it on your applications, no school not named BYU or Liberty is going to care, and you shouldn't be going to schools with those names, anyway.

Slam dunk. Best of luck to you, you're going to absolutely murder this cycle. Us AA URMs make their way into H/S with a 3.5/165 regularly, with your stellar numbers and soft factors these schools would be foolish to have a second thought about you.
