Berkeley is tough to predict. They typically like high GPAs, but I think even more so they are the closest thing to truly holistic outside possibly HYS. Worth a shot though if you want it.

It might be OP's toughest get outside of YHS. Certainly tougher than NYU/Columbia. Also, OP, Berkeley also has a scholarship "matching" program that takes more time/effort than most other schools and also doesn't go over 75k. It's a good school, and if you're actually interested in going there, 100% apply. But if you're just planning to use it as a bargaining chip with other schools, it's probably not worth the $100 (damn you, no fee waivers!).
