I still don't feel that confident. I have weaknesses in my app.

(1) I spent my summers working at Jack in the box to help pay tuition the following school year

(2) I am K-JD

one of my good friends here at harvard worked at wendy's throughout his entire undergrad. He's also K-JD. Dude, I look forward to seeing you here. Forget about Upenn.

hard to give you general advice that is helpful. I would rather just look over your ps when you're done writing it or whatever. Feel free to pm me it.

having said that, have you looked over the sample ps thread here?

2 examples in that thread stick out to me as being particularly strong

the first one by pink elephant is strong.

The best one I have read is almost certainly on the second page, by stanfordhopeful.

Edit: i was bored so i re-read stanfordhopeful' PS....it is damn good.

holy !&#% that essay is excellent. The last two paragraphs brought tears to my eyes, especially when he talked about his siblings.
