Oh lord. If you only have marginal interest in law, don't go to law school. If you don't have the motivation to retake the LSAT, how are you going to muster the motivation to spend three years in law school?
Retake or don't go.

This. You're going to kill yourself the first time you crack open a casebook.

Penn. (
At sticker.)
Pretty fair scholly and after SA $ is factored, I came very close to ending up on the plus side (minus COL, of course).

Wait what? You are 3 LSAT points higher. This matters a lot.

You might have a point (maybe). . . keep in mind LS school applications are down significantly so a 165 today might be as good as a 168 a couple years back. The OP's 4.0 GPA is obviously the big positive.

Reading through your posts makes me think that you are probably the dumbest person at Penn.

Yes thank you I'm aware applications are falling. Not anywhere near the level you are claiming. A 165 is maybe maybe at best equal to a 166 from last year. 4.0 not a huge difference from a 3.9.
IMHO.
Given the OPs stats, it is possible. . . but certainly no slam dunk.
