Folks just got my GPA updated. It is 3.86
My graduation degree in Engineering was in percentage and the LSAC need to convert to 4.0 GPA

That's great news -- it means your GPA alone won't keep you out of any school in the country. Take your time honing your English and mastering the LSAT, get a 170+, then go to one of HYSCCN or somewhere with a full ride. You're making bank at your current job, so there's no need to rush through this. Take your time and maximize your earning potential. Congrats, dude.
