ED NYU if you want it that badly, but I wouldn't ED Penn. Write a strong "Why Penn?" to try and avoid YP, but definitely use M, B, or V as scholarship leverage if you get offers. Although I'm thrilled to be where I'm going this year, I definitely would not have done ED after seeing this cycle play out simply for the sake of leveraging scholarships--seems like I missed out on alot of $$. If that decline in high LSAT applicants continues through the next cycle, you could really benefit from not EDing.
