lol OP, your question has been answered numerous times. stop asking it over and over again. HLS will look at your avg and your highest and take them into "consideration." LSN has a TON of evidence that shows they do NOT only strictly average. having a lower first LSAT score is more like a small negative soft. if they like you, they wont care. if they don't like you (i.e. your personality comes through in the apps), it might hurt you a bit more.

but to be honest, even if your personality came through, i think it would come across less as ego-stroking and more as nervous doubter -- in which case (okay i lied, in either case actually) you will still most likely be admitted into HLS off your numbers.

the way you come off in this thread (assuming it is an accurate representation of your personality) probably wont hurt you much in the law app cycle (God knows your numbers wont), but i would honestly be worried from an employment perspective. at least at HLS, OCI came down almost completely on personality/interviewing skills w/ very little attention paid to grades (unless you were on either of the extreme extremes).

Haha yes a bit, sorry about that. It is just that OP's personality came through in this thread and it seems the vast majority do not like him. I am rather ambivalent, but we're playing the odds here right? Adcomms are people too

It's true that I tend to be a nervous doubter --what many are seeing as an attempt to rub my own ego is honestly nothing of the sort. My adviser at school has been telling me very different information than the info I've been receiving here, so forgive my wanting as many opinions as possible.

I appreciate all the feedback, but I do think it's important to remember that not everyone is as familiar or well-research on the application process as many frequent TLS posters are. Yes they actually told me that I should submit all my apps after November because there wasn't an advantage to getting them in early.

Well, this reply was nice to see. But yeah, pre-law advisers are useless. While I was still in undergrad the pre-law adviser told me that I should aim for admission to Minnesota. It's early in the cycle and I already have acceptances from Duke and Georgetown. So, yeah...
