For DC, the only school I would even contemplate going to is W&M. Even then I would never go there without a significant scholly.Mr.JD2015 wrote:these are some schools I was thinking about (in addition to the ones I mention)

I wouldn't go to UM or Suffolk even with substantial scholarship.Mr.JD2015 wrote:what if I decided to live in Miami or Boston?

Re: which one to ED to?
I second this. ED to GULC, Fordham or GWU. One of those schools might bite for their PT (or maybe you even get lucky and get into the FT program). If you get into the PT program, you can easily transfer to FT. Write a good addendum about your grades and a diversity statement that places prime focus on something other than your ethnicity. ED is only worth it at top schools, especially if you're URM, because the cycles are so unpredictable.bk187 wrote:None of the above because sticker at those schools is a bad idea.

With your URM, status, you have no idea how money is going to play out at different schools.
You should apply broadly to schools that are in markets that you are interested in. And then maybe apply to a few reaches as well.
Hence my advice that if OP is going to ED, he might as well ED at a reach. That will be the most effective use of OP's ED status. He might even get lucky and get into one of them (GULC, GWU or Fordham). Stranger things have happened.

You should only ED at schools that are worth paying sticker price. How much prep did you do for the LSAT? Retake is pretty standard advice here.
