I would recommend WUSTL, UIUC, W&L, UMinn, and GW as starters for your cycle. if you have WE, then NU Is a possibility. LSAT is a little low for them though.

Why the hell do you want Northeastern? With your numbers, you have a decent shot at BU or BC, both of which offer significantly better prospects for Boston (which is pretty much the only market Northeastern will give you a shot at)

I have similar numbers and was accepted to BC. So there is a shot, but I wouldn't necessarily call it a "decent" shot. All the predictors give fairly daunting odds to sub-2.9 GPA splitters @ BC. The moral of this story, though, is apply to BC (besides Northeastern) for Boston because if I had played the odds to the letter I would have never applied, and never been accepted, to BC.

Unlike the vast majority of schools, BC seems to actually read the applications. There are no real LSAT or GPA cutoffs that will either guarantee or preclude admission, short of a 3.8/178 or a 2.8/158.

god damn, I got rejected at BC and WLed at Northeastern. whatever you do, don't apply in late January. my first mistake.
