If the GPA is from a US or Canadian school it counts. You still might be considered an international student because of your citizenship. But the GPA still counts.

I'd still apply to YHS and CCN. Being near top of your law class has got to be a good soft. I can't say you'd get in, but it's worth the risk.

If you have an LLM from another country(obviously LLB -> LLM), why not just do a SJD? I don't think grad programs are counted and Harvard has a pretty good one IIRC.
