Some people don't get that it's actually Penn State when you just say University of Pennsylvania or UPenn, so people around my area call it UPenn State. Main campus is in State College, but the law school is at their Philadelphia satellite campus.

Yeah I think everyone got your joke about 2 posts ago. It's a pretty original joke, comparing Penn and Penn State.
