i mean what else can we tell you? the numbers say you don't have a shot, but taking into consideration your particular circumstances, with early decision, an addendum, and a good PS, you may have a slim chance. you probably don't need TLS to figure that out.

Yeah, don't mean to be dismissive, but you're a URM with a 170 LSAT and a lower gpa with an upward trend, there's really no way to predict how your cycle will come out. I mean, we could tell you you'll get into some T14 schools, and that would be true, and we can tell you your chances at HYS are slim, which is also true, but NYU and Columbia fall into a middle area between HYS and MVP where it's very unpredictable for someone with your stats and status. "It's worth applying, but there's no way to know what the outcome will be so put together a good app" is really the only valid answer to your question.
