I would say that a 3.70 would bar you from your choices... However, since you got a 3.701, you are a lock.

That 179 is going to take you a lot of places.
Law school adcoms will see you as smarter than the typical law school applicant for sure.
I'm tempted to say you have a really good shot at everywhere you apply.
Remember the 179!

if next cycle is anything like this one was, do not expect to get into H with those stats. i got WLed this year with 3.79/179, as did several others w/ similar stats. 3.7/179 will be an uphill battle

Yeah.. it looks like this year's cycle was pretty brutal. People with similar stats got WLed at C as well. TBF, I'm just really burned out from school/organizations and definitely over-worked at my job. I'm sure everyone is at one point. at this point, I just want to get this over with, apply this fall, cross my fingers and sit and wait to see where I get in. But I'm not sure if this is the best choice. on LSN and also TLS, it seems that although this year's cycle was pretty brutal, there was a slim amount of people with similar stats that got in! (literally like 3 or 4 from what I'veseen so far)
The other choice I have is to work my ass off for another year and to bump up my GPA during sr year and instead apply NEXT fall instead of this fall. This would mean I'd be taking a year off and I'm looking at another year of taking a full load of courses while workign 20 hours/week. I can't tell if it's because I'm just really burned out, but this REALLY doesnt look appealing to me even though it would help my application chances. Should I just do this though? Suck it up for one year, work my ass off, get more burned out.. aldajd;a blah

If you think this years cycle was brutal, then wait until next year when even more people apply!
People that got WL'd or Denied will reapply, in addition to the large amount of unemployable undergraduates that would normally find a job out of college.
