Questions to ask admissions counselor Forum

I will be visiting a law school that I have been wait listed at. This school is by far my number 1 choice. What sort of questions should I ask the admissions counselor in order to impress them and possibly get me off the wait list ASAP? Thanks in advance.

I would just be genuinely curious about the unique aspects of that school (also know as much as you can about the school so you don't sound ignorant) and try to convey your extreme desire to attend there.

Let them know that if accepted, you will attend---if true. Also , share appropriate reasons why this is your first choice law school. Ask questions that are likely to elicit positive responses. Usually works when inquiring about particular academic offerings or extracurricular options.

I am interested in public interest, so should all my questions focus on this field? Should I ask questions about the wait list and how many students got accepted off the wait list last year or is this going to hurt me?
