Is anyone from TLS going to be at the March 18 admitted students weekend?

Do any current students have suggestions on things I should check out while I'm there?

i will be there too! i believe Arism, r6, and I are planning a happy hour get together so maybe I will post further info ITT so you guys can hopefully all come

looks like it will be that Thursday eve (most likely skippin the BBQ)

Aww this sucks! I wanted to party with r6. I'll be in Ireland for St. Pattys day. But I'll be at the one in April is anybody else going then?
It seems 95% of TLS is going to the first one

Yes 95.6% of TLS is going to the first one. You will have to drink two pints for that.

I am going to drive down Thurs. afternoon from work, should be there by 6. Going to stay at a motel north of cville. Where are we meeting? Let's just pick a place for happy hour/dinner and meet up.

I think they were just on Spring Break and had journal tryouts and things. I've been in contact with a couple of current students and they've all been for swamped the past week or so. You'll probably hear from your host soon.

Anytime 6-8 would be fine. ETA dependent on weather and traffic since I had to drive on the beltway and 66.

Anyone staying on Saturday too for observing the softball festivities? I'd like to but I don't want to overstay my welcome since I'll be couch surfing.

Going to the one in April. I'll fly in on the 31st and leave on the 3rd. I'm staying on my 1L friend's couch.

Once the activities are over I'll just tour Charlottesville, check out the Jeffersonian, and go drinkin' with my buddy at this place he calls "the Corner." If anyone wants to meet up we can do that. See you all there!

I think I'm gonna head home that Saturday but I def. want to catch some of the softball stuff before leaving. I ended up just getting a hotel though so I'm not too worried about over staying my welcome. I doubt an extra day would be that big of a deal.
