For those that have attended an open house before - what are some good things to ask/look out for/etc? I have some basics, but wanted to see what else other people are asking in case I'm forgetting something good

It doesn't start until 5pm in case you can sneak out just slightly early. I'm having to leave work early to go as well. I will definitely report back thoughTommyK wrote:I was considering going, but my colleague is on vacation and I'm holding down the fort so I don't think I can sneak out for the day.
If you wouldn't mind, PM me or post your thoughts from the open house. Ohio State provides one of the more transparent reports of employment stats that I have seen on their site.

Still doesn't tell us that much. Salary stats are based on 58.8% reporting. I bet the high private practice starting salary number is straight BS, since Ohio State grads had about a 17% chance to land big firm jobs (assume NLJ250 is a reasonable proxy for big law) according to the most recent stats.lifestooquick wrote: I agree that they are quite transparent with their employment stats
True for the comp information. It provides a bit more information on where everybody ends up, and since you can make some general assumptions on the comp range of different fields / positions, I think OSU does a pretty good job being transparent compared to the other schools I'm targeting.rad law wrote:Still doesn't tell us that much.
