Ohio State ASW
Anyone else going to Columbus March 5-6th? I think they sent out a mass email about it today.

Im down....I only live a few blocks away from the school. Is it a two day even or do people choose to attend either the 5th or the 6th?

Looks like OSU has 3 admitted students events... March 5-6 is a weekend, there is a day one in April, and then another weekend in May. I think.chicoalto0649 wrote:Notor wrote:Anyone else going to Columbus March 5-6th? I think they sent out a mass email about it today.

I'll go to the 5-6th one. Do they provide transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Anyone has an extra bed/couch for rent? cuz I am planning to stay extra day, so I can check out Columbus

Lol sure. I live on campus. Its just your username (baboon) makes me a little nervous. A taxi from the airport to downtown should run you around 20 bucks....perhaps your hotel has a free shuttle to the airport?baboon309 wrote:I'll go to the 5-6th one. Hhahahaahah. I am in no way like a BABOON! lol The hotel will be provided by OSU. I think that it`s called Hilton at University plaza or something like that.chicoalto0649 wrote:Lol sure. Registered yesterday for the 1 day April 9th event. Other commitments made the weekends impossible, but likely coming to cbus the night of the 8th.

I wasn't really planning on it until I saw they're comping rooms at the Hilton (it's a Garden Inn, but whatev). So, I'll prolly go to the March weekend, duck out of the Friday reception early and enjoy the charms of the Short North.

Won't be back in the US before sometime in July, so I think it's pretty safe to say I won't be at any of the ASW/ASD events coming up.

Have people heard back from OSU regular decision? I applied in early November and still have not heard anything. My status page still says File Completed - Under Review

Probably going to one in Mid-April...little late, but can't get off work until then. Regardless, I'll most likely be there in the fall, so I'm excited!

I'm going this weekend. For the girls going, if there are any, what are you wearing? It says blouse and pants for business casual..Do I have to wear a button up businessy blouse or can I get away with a nice shirt under a nice cardigan? I can't wear button up shirts unfortunatley so I'm in a bind here....
