Re: Most beautiful law school?
I have only toured schools in the deep South, but I found the entire campus at Ole Miss to be one of the most beautiful that I have ever seen. The Law School building was just opened in January. I was sold when I got out of the car.

higher education biatches. i actually went to grade and high school pretty close to asu. partied there a lot. i came out to the east coast for college. what a poor decision. bikini season year round is both a blessing and a curse. i don't go to either school or plan to.

WUSTL is absolutely beautiful. In the best part of STL, and the law school itself (Anheuser-busch hall) is gorgeous

Absolutely, the law school building itself is really nice and the UW campus itself is amazing.El_Gallo wrote:U of Washington. No place is more amazing than a sunny day in seattle.
Notre Dame has a really pretty law school too, mostly just because it's located on ND's main campus which is breathtaking.

I must say that the Chippewa law school of Michigan was the best looking one. I don't know if I got the name right. I have only been there a few times.

Re: Most beautiful law school?
While it is popular belief that USC is attended by a large number of models, I believe this trend is dying out. This spring I got accepted into USC and UCLA for undergrad and conducted a heavy investigation on each school's level of female attractivness. I visited USC three times, spending a total of about five hours on campus and saw two hot girls. Trust me, I was desperately looking for them as well. I even went to USC's only bar, the 901, and asked bartenders what the weekend scene was like. A guy roughly 23 years old complained that the majority of the girls were mediocre looking at best and were very stuck up based on the fact that they attended USC. USC being my number one choice, I was pretty dissapointed.
I then went to UCLA and was instantly bombarded by attractive girls. I wont claim that I saw an abundance of bombshells like in the above USC pictures, but basically and constant flow of 7's with a good sprinkling of 8's. Combine this with many hours of UCLA and USC facebook stalking, and I can definitely confirm that USC's rising admission standards are killing the hot girl myth, and also that UCLA boasts a far superior sanctuary of attractive females.

Michigan automatically wins any contest, but thanks to the renovations I think Berkeley's finally going to get some nods.

It's like the stadium and arena arms race, where the newer ones always get to one-up the older ones. Any school can have a beautiful law building, but the more recently built, the more appealing it is likely to be. Does anyone doubt that Berkeley, Stanford, Fordham, UW-Seattle, Duke, Vandy, and a few others will be at the top when this whole thing shakes out?

Re: Most beautiful law school?
In theory, UCLA and USC are the same school, with some subtle differences and the obvious disparity in georgraphy. Located in Westwood, UCLA is closer to Beverly Hills, Studio City and Hollywood. I would bet that 1/3 of the female law students at UCLA are really wannabe actresses and models who were lucky enough to be born with the good looks to get into the doors of agents, casting directors, producers, and clothing designers, and the smarts to know what to say and do once they are there.Funkycrime wrote:While it is popular belief that USC is attended by a large number of models, I believe this trend is dying out. If they aren't actresses and models, they are looking to break into some area of entertainment (entertainment/sports law perhaps); even women who work behind the scenes in Hollywood rely on their looks to some degree. I am quite sure that the L.A. firms place a somewhat higher emphasis on physical beauty, although they would never admit it.

Re: Most beautiful law school?
That's BS; you've obviously not spent a summer (or much time at all) in Seattle. People are shocked at the beautiful weather we have up here. It can get somewhat dreary during the late fall and winter, but it's worth it when you see our town in the spring and summer. In some years, spring can start in February and extend through an early summer. In other years, summer comes a little late. But there isn't a more beautiful city in the country, especially during the summer.LawLucy wrote:yea...but there is only sun in AugustEl_Gallo wrote:U of Washington. Secondly, we have had almost nothing but sun from April until just three days ago. And we are going to get more. We typically get Indian summers that can last into October. Last year and the year before summer came late, but it came hard and strong in both years.

Re: Most beautiful law school?
These are "very good-looking girls"? Really? I am not impressed. You would be happy at almost any law school if you think those girls are dimes...they are extremely average, even taking the workout gear and lack of makeup/glam into consideration. They are just AVERAGE.hokie wrote:PostHawk wrote:--ImageRemoved--

That's what I said...maybe one of them is his sister or girlfriend, or - even worse - maybe PostHawk is one of the girls in the pic. smh. They aren't ugly at all. The average guy wouldn't kick most of them out of bed, mind you. But they aren't "dimes". THIS...is a dime:dabbadon8 wrote:If those are very good looking girls then I am George Clooney. Re: Most beautiful law school?
I would have to disagree here. It may just be a matter of taste, but the Yale and Michigan type architecture are not only the best in my opinion, but they will also never be replicated. Too expensive. The new Duke or Berkeley style is not my thing. Everything beats CLS thoughPDaddy wrote:It's like the stadium and arena arms race, where the newer ones always get to one-up the older ones. I disagree, I think the gothic architecture of schools like UConn, Yale, Michigan is prettier than the modern architecture of Berkeley, UW-Seattle and Vandy.PDaddy wrote:It's like the stadium and arena arms race, where the newer ones always get to one-up the older ones.
