I have an interview at an AUSA office in early November. The interview consists of three separate one-on-one interviews in the morning, and then if they like you, a mock opening statement + interview in front of a panel in the afternoon. Has anyone had any experience, tips, advice?
Info about me: 3 years out of law school, trial court clerkship for 2 years and DOJ attorney advisor for one. Never have done an opening statement before.

Re: AUSA interview
Mauet’s Trial Techniques is a great source for guidance on opening statements (and all the other bits at trial). I’ve had other AUSAs recommend it to me multiple times.
