Interviews - Lateral v. Post-Clerkship v. OCI

For the first time in my career, I have a few lateral interviews coming up. I am curious what, if anything, I can expect to be different from OCI callbacks and post-clerkship callbacks. Obviously my firm work will he questioned, but to what depth? Are lateral hires still about “fitting in” or are they focused more on “filling a need”?
