I'm sure it won't be lonely for long. Fingers crossed for you guys!
Stats are on LSN. I'm not going to commit to anywhere until I've visited, but I sure have been dreaming about Yale. Sometimes literally.

Have fun chillin' here by yourself, marbletop. Maybe you'll have some company in February.
EDIT: Mind sharing your Y250? I'm pretty curious now.

Marbletop, can I kiss your hand? It's probably the closest I'll get to Yale.

I think I'm going to wait on this. But it was a mash-up of my favorite philosopher and my favorite sport.Kakarot wrote:+1 Marbletop, if you don't mind will you share it wil me also?GeePee wrote:Have fun chillin' here by yourself, marbletop. Maybe you'll have some company in February.

Moving the swag discussion here. Did I hear we get a yale mug? I could do that. But I really am relishing a t-shirt with no text, just the yls seal. meaningless to all but the initiated.

Re: In at Yale!
Have you received an email from Yale? I was told I needed to give Yale some updated information so it can contact me (they only have my parents' address), but he told me to just respond to the email.

This is agony, still no email, I'm beginning to think that someone with a 203 area code has a sick sense of humor.

Big box from Yale arrived at my parents' house! So excited to see it when I visit for the holidays. And slightly less worried that the call was a sick joke.

I got the big box this weekend too--it's a huge glossy binder. Now I've pretty much memorized the website, so there weren't many surprises in there for me, but it was still nice to see. Catwoman, have you gotten the student buddy questionnaire yet?

Everyone accepted so far has had an Ivy undergrad. Starting to worry about pedigree as a very significant factor at Yale...
