Waitlisted! This was a serious reach for me. I may never get off the waitlist but it still feels (almost) good.

In my profile.
Waitlisted with a 170???
Well I did get a 161 on my first LSAT, but GMU isn't one of the schools that averages, etc. (and even if they did I'd be above median)...so I don't know. The only thing I can think of is that my GPA is slightly low.

webbylu87 what are your stats if you don't mind? I feel like I'm in the same boat as you.

PS- GMU is looking like it joins the D-bag club this cycle with it's craziness.

Waitlisted today...no surprise.

Safe to say you can throw away the prediction websites for URM quasi-splitters.

So far this cycle...in at Minnesota with $$, dinged at Ohio State, waitlisted at George Mason, in at DePaul with $$$, in at KU, and deferred at Northeastern. Safe to say no one would have nailed that on a 'What are my chances?' thread.

Waitlist for me as well. Not particularly surprised but I was more expecting a rejection.

This may have already been addressed, but for those of you who were WL'd, did your status checker change at all?

I got in with a phone call and my status checker has never changed to anything. No info at all. No complete, under review, or anything.

Yes, presumably on the day they mailed the decision, it was Thursday or Friday. If your status checker changes and you did not receive a call, you are WL/reject. Good luck.

My status checker has been the same since I first submitted the app. No news is good news, I suppose.

In the TLS interview the dean said they will average unless you can explain the difference in your score. I added an addendum on my multiple scores. But even with that your average is above my highest score. I call YP

For those that have received their decisions:

I have applied two weeks ago to GMU with a 3.05 and sept 159,dec 164 LSAT. I did not attach an addendum explaining the score difference. Do you think it is sufficient for an acceptance?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
