I did not- I'm assuming they contacted me over this because my degree is in education.

I did check the family law box on the application and recieved an e-mail yesterday from them congratulating me. No letter yet.

Can they send me a decision and then email me a visit our campus email the same day? IS that cruel? My decision was sent on the fourth, I still haven't received it. But I did receive an email from them today about an Open House :/

just applied yesterday. seems like they have a fairly quick turnaround, no? im hoping for some $, but ill take a t-shirt. i love free t-shirts.

I think you should call. DePaul is pretty quick on the turnaround. I submitted mid december and my decision is in the mail.

Got it figured out.

Woo hoo!!! Yes! Just went "App Complete - Decision in 2-3 weeks". Has it taken people 2-3 weeks to go to decision rendered? Or has it been quicker?

Hmmm...my letter was sent out on the 4th too, but no e-mail about an open house. Maybe you were accepted, and I am not.

they send this to you via email with your login information, but here is the URL --LinkRemoved-- Note that you need the login information they sent you to actually check your status.

I also got a call from the Head of the IP Department on Friday and an email. I am still waiting on the letter though. But it is my first acceptance and I am pretty excited to have my cycle truly start.

congrats bud! yeah my status checker said decision sent for a week. and i still haven't gotten any package, but i did get that call and email.

I also got my decision 1/4/2010 and have not received my letter (but got admit via phone call). I live in Chicago. Postal service is a great thing.

It think they might send them out later than stated on the status checker. A typical letter or package should take about 2 days when mailed within Chicago and from previous letters I have mailed from my location to Chicago it takes at most 3-4 days for the person to receive it. But whenever it finally arrives I will be happy, even though I already have the phone call, the piece of paper is nice to hold.

I live in chicago, so I was actually expecting it friday or Saturday, but today wasn't so bad..my decision was made 1/4 but the letter wasn't sent til the 6th..

I got my acceptance letter today with a really generous scholarship. I live on the west coast, if that helps anyone...congratulations to all!
