I don't know. It seems like they really take their time. I'm expecting Emory to be one of the last schools I hear from.

Thanks! I live at my permanent address.

My numbers (especially LSAT) are well above the 75ths. That, and the fact that I'm a pseudo-legacy (I just made that term up, but my brother got his PhD from Emory), may explain why I've heard back before most seem to have.

all of you calm down. you applied pretty early, don't worry.

also, be happy, because Emory will be one of the first schools you hear from about whether you are admitted. they're much more on their game then schools like BC (if you applied there, you'll be waiting quite a long time)

Congrats! Just saw your post and was inspired to check my mailbox. I had a good feeling when I walked into our mailroom -- I'm an alum of the school, and I'm above their medians. To my delight, the first thing I pulled out was a fat envelope from Emory. I tore it open...and it was a fundraising letter.

NOOO that's awful :( Maybe they put that in by mistake!!! I'm sure you'll get yours soon.

For the people who are in, was the envelope large? I got a "package" from Emory at my undergrad university that's listed as envelope size, but I can't check it out until I get back to school on the 17th.

Made the seven hour drive back to my current address today, and was happy to find a nice big envelope from emory in my mail. I am in as well! Also, there was a nice handwritten note from the dean at the bottom.

Stats are in profile. And before anyone asks, I submitted mid Novemberish and I don't really remember when I went complete.

Accepted today. Letter dated... 12/31. Anybody notice the "Comparsion" misspelling on their profile overview sheet? ... sigh.
