Looks like a rather large batch. Thank you all who replied. Could it be mixed or does WL keep em separate?

Re: Washington and Lee
When my status said "notification pending"... that meant it was in the mail. My letter was sent last Friday (1/15) and I received it yesterday (1/19). So it took 2 mail days to get there, since we didn't have mail delivery on Monday. Hope that helps!

Re: Washington and Lee
They appear to keep decisions in separate batches. From what I've gathered, the 1/13 & 1/14 DR batch was entirely waitlist while the 1/15 DR batch has been acceptances. Don't trust LSN because people report the date they receive their letter, which can vary depending on location/speed of local post office.SAE wrote:Looks like a rather large batch. Re: Washington and Lee
Given that 1/15 batch was acceptances, how much sense does it make to have acceptances in the very next one as well?fkaKingsCollege wrote:They appear to keep decisions in separate batches. i would be happy to as well. pm me.robin600 wrote:I know this is kind of a big request but would anyone who has been accepted read my personal statement and tell me if perhaps if I did something wrong? I really want to get in (W&L first choice) and any advice would be appreciated, I'm starting to get a bit worried with all these dings and waitlists rolling my way.

I'm not admitted yet. However, they are paying for hotel costs for the Preview Day.utcris410 wrote:thinking of going to one of the admitted students day...website says they offer up to $300 to visit.SpaceDawg wrote:Veritas wrote:when is it?SpaceDawg wrote:Is anyone going to the Preview Day?

Been complete since 12/11 and no word. Should I shoot them an e-mail? Or would that just be unnecessary/obnoxious?
