Here's hoping for the best.

I wonder why they don't email...

What are your numbers, if you don't mind me asking? And completion date? I am impatiently waiting for my own decision to be rendered!

Portena, did you also get the Law & Business and International Legal Studies leaflets? I'm just wondering if they customized those.

Yep, which I also thought were customized, although I don't think I indicated interest in the law and business program. I imagine everyone got the same ones.

+1.. was really disappointed to see duplicate info from the acceptance package. Nice of them though.

Visited campus this friday and fell in love with it.

Too bad it seems like the best case scenario is a w/l

Hey do you guys think that doing Vandy's law and business certificate program is just as valuable as perhaps getting a mba/jd from another comparable school like WUSTL or BC despite the fact that it can be done in 3 years instead of 4?

I read through that handbook thing earlier. Thought it was pretty beneficial regardless of where I end up, and I wish every school did something like that.

Yeah tell me about it. I was really interested in pursuing a jd/mba before but after reading about this program, I feel as though this could be the most economical option for practicing business law without investing into getting an mba for an additional year and it costing alot more $$?

I applied literally the same hour as my boyfriend (we waited until the last second for the scholarship deadline). We both went complete 1/20 and he heard yes in a week. I'm still complete and have heard nothing. His lsat is higher, my GPA is higher. I guess they're letting in the auto-admits immediately and just thinking about the rest of us? Disappointing, for sure.. but still hopeful?
