Acceptance comes in email form, not phone call, is that correct? How about rejections?

$20,000/year SIL in email today! I'm very appreciative but had hoped for more. Can you guys share your LSAT/GPA numbers?

What time do normal decisions usually come out?

Why was there a ruckus about someone getting a decision today? Was that a lie? I know I didn't get a decision.

Got the SIL award email today! Although it's not a huge offer I am very excited and each day WUSTL is looking better and better. 21k (if you were wondering)

SIL email: 40k/yr! Phew. I have been very anxious about that.

Good luck to everyone still waiting to get in!

Maybe this is a stupid question, but why are all the SIL awards for such differing amounts?

The Negative Nancy in me is thinking that there is no way WUSTL is sending out acceptances this late in the game. That seriously gives people a few days to choose, at least if they have April 1 deposit deadlines. Anyone know their past history to confirm/deny this?

Look at LSN last cycle, you appear to be correct. I expect the mass wait list e-mails to come any day now.

Regarding deposit deadlines, I meant other schools with an April 1 deadline. I know my current choice's deposit is due April 1. While WUSTL is an attractive option, I would not want to be rushed into a decision.

I sure hope to be a part of the mass waitlist e-mails as opposed to, say, the rejection ones...
