No. You probably have a long wait. Take a seat. Enjoy the complimentary mints.
damnit i didn't get any mints. i got jiffed...
You applied earlier and therefore should have received the fruit basket
I figured as much. Guess I'll just wait my turn.
(Also LOL at "i got jiffed.")

I don't know yet, my roommate has it. I'm at work. Just thought I'd share the suspense.

Thanks, I like it. Anyone care to predict what my letter says? 175/3.16, submitted first week of October. This is the first decision that I haven't been sure of yet.

If it is a letter....then it is a waitlist or reject.
Admits come from packages.
This is all assuming its a decision.

Nice, good info. My roommate said letter, but I'm not sure that specifically means letter size. If it is a WL, I will withdraw, and if it's a reject, when then I hope someone around here gets the spot who wants it a bit more.

Edit: Letter dated 12/11, for anyone wondering.

GPA too low to get $$, school too low to lure me without $$, so YP is my (ego stroking) guess.

I think so. ND is becoming a very real option for me, by the by. I've been asking all the attorneys in my firm about it.

I really liked ND too, with some $$ I would have seriously considered it. But if they were YP-ing me, it worked.

Haha, unfortunately, I haven't run into a similar problem yet. The pictures of Notre Dame sure are pretty though.

Family got letter today. Waitlisted.
Didn't write a sterling "Why Notre Dame" essay, but I've done a lot of service stuff, and talked about that, and how ND's commitment to public interest was why I was applying.
