Edit - just kidding, we're using a custom build of IE, so I can't see my proxy settings in it.

No, they outsource IT here to prevent just that. Dealing with them is the most headache inducing process short of working an automated silica gel column (which is causing my current headache).sibley wrote:really? mine's custom too but that they let me see. do you have any friends in the it department?even2flow wrote:Tried chrome too, still doesn't look like it's working. I want to buy this half cruiser half road bike they have at target. and ride to work. unfortunately it's 14.2 miles and that's a little bit far for me.even2flow wrote:I wish, toothpaste doesn't stain everything yellow like what I'm making right now.sibley wrote:it sounds like you make toothpaste.

We should petition Ken to make a thread of the month/year award or something...and give it to this thread.

Yeah doooon't do that. Anything over 10 I'd reccomend a full road bike. I used to ride 15-25 miles to work, it's an awesome way to make your day suck less. Sometimes the ride home was pretty tiring tho.sibley wrote:I want to buy this half cruiser half road bike they have at target. and ride to work. unfortunately it's 14.2 miles and that's a little bit far for me.
I used to be in waaaaaaay better shape when I worked at the bike shop.

We should just print out the thread in it's entirety and staple it to our Fordham applications.Cupidity wrote:We should petition Ken to make a thread of the month/year award or something...and give it to this thread.

I've got to do a bit of non-Fordham news sharing, too -- because I'm excited and I feel like you guys are my comrades: I got into BC Law today! I'm actually totally shocked! I expected waitlist . . . it HAS to the be the luck of the Irish. Accepted into BC Law on St. Patty's Day . . . yep. I still want Fordham though!

3.54/165 . . . I also attended Boston College High School and Boston College for a year (before transferring to Gtown). My grandfather's reaction when I told him the news about BC Law: "So in other words, you blew your chance to be a Triple Eagle."H. E. Pennypacker wrote:Congrats Fitzy!
