Does anyone know the stats for the current 1L class? I'm talking about GPA, LSAT medians and 25/75 cutoffs. I should know where to find this, but I don't.

Current class though...I assume JazzOne wants to see if there's been an upward trend in the last few years.

Last year's 1L class numbers were 164/167/168 and 3.42/3.62/3.82 - identical LSAT numbers but substantially lower GPA numbers than the current 1L class GPA numbers (3.54/3.71/3.87)

I don't know about prior years. From hearsay I've heard that the LSAT numbers for either the Class of 2010 or 2009 were 162/166/168, but that could be completely wrong.

Just got my first notice of the cycle -- dinged 11/9, via status checker. 171/3.36.

This outcome is consistent with UT's apparent policy to ding/defer sub-3.6 this cycle.

Yeah, I was dinged with 175/3.16. Not a splitter friendly cycle at this point for UT.

Here's a question, though... how do adcoms deal with GPA rounding? For instance, what do they consider a 3.599 as? I reported my exact GPA to them on my resume, but I do worry that they see 3.599 and think 3.5 rather than 3.6.

So they don't send out scholarships with admissions packets to out of state people right? Has everyone been getting some kind of scholarship so far, can I assume no letter in the next 7 days means no scholarship?

in order to recieve a scholly your lsat needed to have been 167 or higher to be under consideration. mine wasnt so i didnt get one

No, they come separately in a small envelope with a single page in it.

Status checker e-mail at 4am today lol. They sure are working overtime, and I am glad to see it!
