are u assuming that this means they aren't giving u any money?
No, no one else has gotten scholarship information yet, either, so likely they have just not done scholarships yet. But looking at last years data on LSN, there does not seem to be much of scholarship money anyways.
Edit: I just rather not hold a seat against someone else.
Good karma is headed your way, without any doubt. May others take your considerate (and rapid) action as a prime example of courteous law application etiquette.
Superflush, don't worry about Cy -- I have a feeling he's going to be getting some very, very sweet offers in the near future.

Enough cannot be said for good law school karma. What annoys me are those people who just wait until April just because they can, or because they are too busy, or who think just never sending in deposit is sufficent. People are on the waitlist! Show some love to your fellow man!

I'll be applying soon. 160/3.62
Unless I get a somewhat reach, it's likely going to be between SCU and USF for me.
Good luck all.

Whoa! In via snail mail today!
160/3.72
This was a pleasant, if maybe now-awkward, surprise.
I'm re-taking LSAT and had sent all my schools e-mails indicating such and requesting a hold. SCU never got back to me, and I thought they had and hadn't been checking my checker.
So ... assuming a decent test on Dec. 5, is it permissible to use that to request reconsideration for $$$??

What are they going to do? Withdraw your acceptance? If you score high, damn straight use it to get more money. They get to use your higher score in their reported numbers and with a higher score you have the oppertunity to go to a higher ranked school, they are aware getting you will come at a higher cost if you score really well on your LSAT.

Me too!! Just to be sure, if it gives the deposit amounts, it almost certainly means accepted--right?

Oddly, today was the first day I didn't neurotically refresh the status checker, so I can't say for sure.

...I think I posted but then it disappeared...anyways, congrats to you both! I'm pretty sure it means we're in...if not, that's a cruel admissions trick.

I've got the deposit info ($200 by April, $500 by June) on my status checker and the letter on the fridge. So, unless they are heartless bastards, y'all are definitely in.
Congratulations.

I went into committee today. I think this is new (unless I said it before). The status date is today.

By complete do you mean "In Committee"? or does it say complete at some point?
My status has not changed since 11/11, was received 10/30

Well, I submitted my app on 10/21 and went to "In Committee" on 11/4. I didn't receive my "complete" email until 11/9, so it seemed a little backwards.

I went straight from incomplete to committee. you should go to committee in the next few days i would think.

Theoretically, you would go complete before going "In Committee"
nickc8 wrote:it seemed a little backwards.
Also this. I got my complete email much later than I actually went complete.

Decision mailed. Deposit amounts appeared.
Applied: 10/26
In committee: 11/3, 11/16
Decision Mailed: 11/19
It would suck if we're all wrong about these deposits, haha, although I highly doubt it.
Whew...glad all this is over.

I went complete on 10/22 and my status checker said decision mailed on 11/16, and I got it on 11/17.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
