Where are you getting the one acceptance from this batch information?

LSN. Decision 1/21. But looking at it again it says it was last edited 21 days ago so it's probably not accurate.

DR 1/21...I was reading and can't tell if this is a good thing or a bad thing? Given the schools I've gotten into take a more holistic approach and Gtown is a notorious numbers whore I'm kind of worried...

The consensus is that its gonna be a batch of dings. I'm DR 1/21 as well, so I know it kinda sucks to have to wait on news we pretty much know is coming, but better to be prepared then have it come out of the blue.

LOL @holistic approach

Seriously, though, thank god for TLS. I would hate to sit around hoping that I'm getting an admit. It's much healthier to talk to others and know the cold bitchslap of rejection is on the way so that I might prepare for it.

True that. I think it will take out a bit of sting of the first rejection.

Uhh...it's well known that some schools look to more than just numbers. I'm not saying numbers aren't still a huge factor because of course they are, but getting into Michigan and Cornell and rejected by Georgetown (if that happens...hopefully us 1/21 people will be surprised) shows that some schools do look at the other stuff. Especially since people with higher numbers than me were rejected, and I'm sure people with even lower numbers than me were accepted.

I don't know exactly how big GULC's 1L class is, but I heard it's huge. It seems like they are forced to be more numbers based because of it. Can't be rejecting too many 170+ LSATs when your 1L class has a bajillion ppl in it and you are trying to keep your medians up.

Is there any sort of pattern in regards to when they make their decisions? I'm expecting to hear back from them in the coming weeks and was wondering if some days they are more likely to admit/reject/wl than others?

Still UR 1/7...anyone with me? I would have thought I'd be rejected by now, since they haven't asked me to interview...
