Guess some of your other news takes the pressure off though?

That is correct, sir
But to be honest I am still very interested in Georgetown, especially their public interest scholarship/program and their international environmental law journal. Hoping to get in soon...
And no, I don't remember them ever giving me a timeframe. If I really had to guess, I am expecting them to put me on hold some time next week.

None of us are 100% sure, so I'd give the admissions department a call.

I remember someone earlier in the cycle asking this question and the response they got from GULC is that once their app has reached a certain point in the review process, it is no longer an option. Now, no one knows what that point is or how long it takes to get there, so if you want to do it, the only way is to give them a call and ask and hope it is not too late.

I bit the bullet and sent an email asking if it were too late to also be considered for part time status. I have practically nothing to loose by annoying them and looking flakey. I have almost no chance of admittance anyhow.

I know this has been discussed previously, but it's too far back for me to find. I got an email today requesting an alumni interview. Is this a good or bad thing? I'm below 25% on LSAT and between Median and 75% on GPA. Do interviewees generally get waitlisted? (i'm a PT and FT applicant, but would much prefer FT)

I got a "hold" email on the same day I got an UR update. My status still reads UR as of that date. Are other people who got held still at UR? I'm trying to figure out if I'm actually under review or if that's just their default status for people who are being held.

Same here. Interview 12/29, UR 1/5, UR 1/7 (Hold 1/7). I'm clueless. Maybe GULC is just playing hard to get?

Who knows what they are doing. I am surprised to see people hearing so soon after their interviews. I interviewed on 12/7, went UR on 12/8, then again on 12/15 and nothing since...

UR 12/10--->UR 01/08. Does me no good, but movement nonetheless.

Also just updated to 1/11.... my third update since interviewing on 12/7.
Oh, how I long for the good old days when an update used to leave me excited and thinking that news was on its way...

oof. Don't they realize how obsessively we're checking these?
