I got the call late last month... it was exciting since it was the first school I got into...
3.65 HYP /168... although my case might be unique since I have a PhD

Yep, they must be back to the RD candidates because I got my call last night -- and I didn't go complete until 12/1!

Yeah, I was shocked. I thought he was calling to tell me they'd lost my app or something. Very surprised.

I received my admission packet via snail mail without a phone call. Scholarship was included with the packet, too. But that was 6 weeks ago, FWIW.

Still waiting. Tomorrow I need to figure out if I should withdraw from UCLA ED and use my ED bullet at a more splitter-friendly school like UVA (Dec. 15 deadline, I think).

I guess I just wait then. I really hope that if they were going to ding or wait-list me they would have done it already, rather than wait to ruin my Christmas spirit. I really hope that they are holding off on my acceptance to give me a nice Christmas present.
