Crack didn't score a 170? Time to stop acknowledging his existence.
Virtually all of page 66 of this thread was dedicated to insulting me (aka Stanford ... yes I have assumed a second identity), which makes me proud.

He does take insults from such plebeians concerning his factual errors, though.

And LSAT aristocrats like myself are free to pick on him at leisure.
Which is totally fine because I have a trip to the guillotine planned for all of you above 173.

It strikes me that your society has a very narrow middle class between guttersnipes like CB and aristocrats like me.

I haven't thought it through totally. Just don't tell any of my adversaries. They may realize their 98 percent of the population significantly outsizes (though can not hope to outclass) my 2 percent.

IMMEDIATELY, YOU RETAHD.

Not to mention that you should have said "my using 'my'" in the above quote.

When you have a 4.1/177, you get to make a typo or two on your application. Even at Yale.

btw, congrats TH! It must be fun to get accepted by YLS and SLS within the span of two or three days.

Should I start worrying if I sent app on 2/01 and haven't heard anything back (i.e. "complete") yet?

I wouldn't give up yet. Who knows what's going on with faculty review.
I submitted at the beginning of January and went complete at the beginning of February. So I have no idea whether I was an Asha admit or a faculty admit. How long do you guys think it takes to circulate a file to all three profs? I got the impression that they don't make three copies and have the three profs simultaneously review them; it seemed like they read it one at a time. Not that it matters, really.

We'll never know, but I don't think that a file could have been circulated to three professors and individually evaluated during the time between your completion and decision.

I dunno, about four weeks between completion and decision might be enough time for that. It's really hard to say. I haven't studied LSN in detail, but it seems like most people reported about a month and a half between completion and decision.

I’m pretty sure that it was exactly one month from complete until phone call (2/15 – 3/15). And I know that I was fac reviewed since Amar mentioned to me at ASP that he was one of my readers.

Wow, is that cool. A little while ago I was one of those musing over whether we could ascertain if we were fac review (the ones Asha called out). This was the very reason: I wanted to prepare myself for some faculty member to know me intimately before ever meeting me.

Paus, aren't you doing a PhD currently? If so, you've already had this experience. ;)

Same. Here we go. For the next few weeks, I'm going to be disappointed when my cell rings and the area code is something other than 203.

At least you're both complete late. No more than a month and change of pain before [strike]the letter arrives[/strike] the phone rings ;)

Touche, Zab. I still wanted to be prepped for the encounter.

It was two and a half months for me, but the Christmas holidays were involved.

Dignan and CB: how long did it take your apps to go complete (from submit date)?

High quality blog entry. Thanks for the link.

Other admissions deans need to to follow suit and blog about the process in such (useful) detail.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
