Are they on the same campus?

In by e-mail yesterday! Pretty surprised, actually.
Can anyone who was admitted earlier let me know how responsive/generous Northwestern is with merit aid? I have some other scholarships, should I mention them in my financial aid essays? Sorry to be a latecomer to this thread, but I didn't expect to get in. I wasn't able to interview, and I don't have a year of WE, although I did go to grad school and have some decent softs. 3.5/175.

Thanks! And congrats to everybody else admitted yesterday.

Yup. Only the part-timers are on the Chicago campus.

The med schoolers and law schoolers interact a decent amount. You see med and residents students all over Streeterville (particularly in McClurg). Med students like to use our library and will awkwardly hit on law students every now and then in the process. There are also med/law mixers and such.

They're dorkier than the law students though, so don't say I didn't warn you.

The law students are at least dorky and social. Med students... well they're a bunch of people who got 3.8+ in hard sciences, so that should tell you all you need to know...

And their version of hitting on tends to involve passing notes.

I went complete 1/25 and still haven't heard back... I would expect to be fairly easily rejected based on no work experience and at the median.

Anyone know how they notify? Anyone else experienced a long period of silence from them?

All decisions are rendered via email. They just got to mine, which went complete 2/9. You'll probably hear soon.

I bet they are like, on guard for law students.
My Cousin once removed who went to NU Med said they liked to sneak into the law library because it was better for studying.

Plus, instead of graduating with 200K in debt, you can get married and graduate with a combined 500K in debt!!!
Actually if I go I'll be that douche who uses every chance he gets to mention his full scholarship. "Wait, tuition has gone up? What is it? I honestly have no idea what it is, I don't keep track!"

No, they like to sneak into our library because we have a really sweet view and they don't.

Fortunately, their Wildcat cards are now blockek and they have to be buzzed into the library. I don't see nearly as many of them after hours. After the little incident, are they also barred from entering the school altogether after 6pm?

Anyone here successfully written the NU fin. aid essays (as in, gotten $)? They extended my deadline because I got in so late, so I'm giving it a shot even though they're probably out of money by now. Anyway, if anyone has any tips... that'd be sweet.
