Also yes we are the Cardinal (the singular color) not the Cardinals (the plural birds like the baseball team from St. Louis and the football team from Phoenix).
Our mascot is a color. The tree is the mascot of the retarded band. Please don't think the band is representative of the school; it's not.

As a fellow Stanford alum-to-be, I can not sufficiently emphasize this point.crackberry wrote:Also yes we are the Cardinal (the singular color) not the Cardinals (the plural birds like the baseball team from St. Louis and the football team from Phoenix).

EDIT: UG alum-to-be. I can see why some of you would be confused.

No, he graduated two years before me, so our paths didn't cross. However, we had the same major, took some of the same professors, and know each other's recommenders.SolarWind wrote:

For reference, Stanford has the greatest mascot of all time (minus the Berkeley Bear, which routinely rapes it)

Re: Stanford 2010!!!
This picture is actually a remarkably accurate representation of the quality of the women at Stanford (at least UG). One out of three is pretty cute, the other two are mediocre at best.VoidSix wrote:For reference, Stanford has the greatest mascot of all time (minus the Berkeley Bear, which routinely rapes it)

That's the thing about Stanford. There are no fat people because everyone is a perfectionist and everyone spends 5+ hours a week in the gym. But while being not fat is necessary to be attractive, it is not sufficient.
As the saying goes: 9 out of 10 California girls are hot ... and the 10th goes to Stanford.

I agree as far as California girls, but the international students are worth one's attention. Worth my attention anyway. I focused on that group.crackberry wrote:

Haha, you'd be in for UG anyway. No idea if the trend continues in law school. Personally, I veered more towards the tall Russian / E European type, as you might guess from the avatar.Hattori Hanzo wrote:As long as they're hot and Asian, I AM IN!managamy wrote:I agree as far as California girls, but the international students are worth one's attention. Re: Stanford 2010!!!
I can always hang out with the UG crowds That was also the trend @ UCLA but unfortunately I had not discovered the amazing world of Asian girls at that time so I missed out on that scene! Are Asian girls over-represented in law schools in general?managamy wrote:Haha, you'd be in for UG anyway. No idea if the trend continues in law school.
