+2, Why do people dig this up to ask asinine questions like "when do you think they'll get back to us?"
wtf?
Just leave it alone until there are decisions. How are we supposed to know when decisions will start coming? Bumping it all the time for such questions makes very little sense. Just sayin'.

When the merciful first wave comes (tomorrow?? next week?), will it encompass pre-Thanksgiving applicants, pre-Christmas, or what? This is clearly of vital importance to us in the early-December complete crowd.
In past cycles, everyone was included in the first wave--even some who had just gone complete in January. That said, if they are holding off till Feb this year, then who knows how applicable past cycles are to this one.
FWIW, I think we'll see some action before February.

Waiting is not really misery; it is just waiting. Oh well, whatever makes everyone feel better.

if no one posted more people would forget the thread exists and be less likely to post when decisions start coming.

Really? The plan going 6 weeks without releasing one decision? That's cruel.

In a show of faux-solidarity and passive-aggressive protest, I propose that no one post on this thread until someone posts "IN (or out...gulp) AT COLUMBIA LAW SCHOOL!!!" This is getting crazy, and like others said, it sends me into minor cardiac arrest everytime I see this thread updated.

+1. Received an email this morning that my application is incomplete because i forgot to check the box for whether or not I've served in the military. Argh, this is going to delay my application even longer.
