Accepted early decision at UVA

Got a call from Jason Dugas. In at UVA for 2010. 164/3.91.

According to some of the idiots on this site, your numbers weren't good enough to get into UVA and that's why UVA gave you a fee waiver, right?

Congrats! Just curious, when did your file go complete? I just applied a couple of days ago, but not EA/ED.

You're probably in. UVA did this last year with accepted applicants all the time.

I went complete on 9/9/9 and mailed in my ED form last week. Just got the acceptance call from Dugas - no email first. The sight of that 434 area code on my caller id was just beautiful. This is the best Monday ever.
