Has anyone else not received a Status Checker email for USC? I submitted my application 12/18 and received the initial Application Complete email but no Status Checker to date...not sure if I should reach out to the Admissions Office.

Try their direct link and hit forgot password. Username is the same as any of your other LSAC logins.

I feel you! Still on complete after being rolled over to the regular admissions pool. I almost feel as if our application was placed in the back of the line on Dec. 15th....

Does anyone know if taking the Feb test hurts ur chances of admission and $$$ if you already have a pretty good Sept score? My app is still incomplete b/c I'm registered for the Feb test. I'm a couple points above USC's 75th but decided to retake for scholly/WL purposes

@urmlaw17, I'm at 164/3.3 and was rejected at UCLA and waitlisted at Georgetown... you're still having a pretty great cycle IMO!

Recently admitted, LA local here. What other schools were you deciding among, why did you choose USC, and what has surprised you over your time here (good and bad)? What were you going in looking to do, and did that change?

Recently admitted, LA local here. What other schools were you deciding among, why did you choose USC, and what has surprised you over your time here (good and bad)? What were you going in looking to do, and did that change?

So I was considering similarly ranked schools. I chose SC because I wanted to work in LA and minimize the amount I borrowed in loans. I was surprised by recent politics within the law school community that is becoming really divisive. Few other students have mentioned to me that there is a possibility of getting a new law school building in addition to the one we have. Going in I knew my goal, which hasn't changed, was to get a job in LA as of graduation. (Feel free to pm if you want any details on what I said above.)

When is Law Day this year?
