You can try but I don't think it'll help much, plus it's a long shot.I would focus your energy on getting off waitlists. Plus your Cornell offer isn't bad.

when did you apply? if late you might want to consider a retake and a very early application

Applied in Jan first week right after getting the Dec score. I thought Jan first week was just about in the nick of time? In any event, I am already a reapplicant; can't sit out another cycle for several other reasons too.lakers180 wrote:when did you apply? if late you might want to consider a retake and a very early application

I think most WL movement (from the regular cycle applicants withdrawing to go elsewhere) happens May to mid-June. I don't think the June LSAT score comes out early enough to make a difference, and if you don't make it in in that early wave, chances go from slim to very skinny.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to reply. The consensus seems to be against retaking in June for this cycle.

I would second this advice. A retake that put you above the median or 75th would be more valuable next cycle. Most waitlist decisions would be made prior to score releasecharles117 wrote:maybe it would help for next cycle, i doubt it for this current cycle.
