Is when you claim to be admitted to a school and then a day later ask for advice on how to write a LOCI for said school -- because writing a LOCI to a school you have been admitted to... that would indeed be counter to anything anyone has every done before.

No movement; sorry for any anxiety the bump caused.

Just out of curiosity, has Yale released anybody from the WL this summer? Or have people only dropped off voluntarily?

I think there's been some movement based on the Facebook group's size, but I also think Yale doesn't drop people from the WL except voluntarily.

I'm curious what it said; I finally dropped out about a couple weeks ago, but I didn't get any emails about it.

It basically thanked us for waiting the whole summer and said "we were very impressed by you and you might consider applying as a transfer" and then reiterated the whole priority-track transfer option again.
