I already visited in October. Do you think it would be weird if I did it again? What are the odds I could just make an appointment to talk to an admissions person?

Worth a shot. I would contact admissions and ask for an appointment versus showing up on a tour and hoping that it happens. Also maybe write another loci stating if you get in you would accept (if that is in fact the case). I think with their dip in rankings they will be pulling from the WL this year, so odds are probably good if they think you will accept. (100% total speculation).
