I received a call from the Dean myself yesterday

Did you get a caller ID? I got a call from Atlanta today (no phone number came up), which I promptly answered, but the phone line was dead. Perhaps it was just a telemarketer but I've been on high alert for calls from any city from which I might get an important one

Why does the admissions office come off as incredibly unorganized, specifically the student reps?

Checking in. I applied 1/16 and got the email saying my app was complete on 1/17. This may be the only school that I applied where I wasn't either a reverse splitter or over both 75th percentiles- ha! (161/3.85)

Ahh sorry to break it to you but I got the same Fedex Notification and it turned out to be a viewbook and a letter telling me that they're still reading my app...

Prior to sending a package, they will send you an email attached with a xeroxed pdf of your admission letter, so you will know it immediately after the decision is made. Although the mailing of the package would take quite a long time.

For most of us I believe it was in the first line of the acceptance letter. Not for you?

From my understanding there's no hard GPA requirement but ELJ obviously typically takes top students that do well on the write-on. The other journals are great too though and they're more flexible with GPAs.
