+1. Not sure if I should withdraw or ride it out considering they took a -8 hit in rankings.jeffcooon wrote:Same here. WL.Charlie802 wrote:Same here. Completely expected after so long on silent.quietnoise wrote:Waitlisted

Contemplating the same. I don't know if I want to ride it out and I definitely wouldn't go at sticker which is what they would offer me, I'm sure.brewpub16 wrote:+1. Waitlisted as well :/ Mostly my own fault for applying very last minute/not studying for LSAT. Plus a little bit of god for being sick the day of.
3.3/160. Top 30 school, in state.
Considering taking the June LSAT and sending that in if it improves substantially (which I think it might), how much would that improve chances that late in the game?

People overreacting to these little fluctuations from 25-50 is nuts. Does anyone remember W&L dropping from top 25 to the 40's in the last couple years? That said, William and Mary you need to match W&L's scholarships because this is VERY concerning!the guardians42 wrote:That same thought may have crossed my mind..amta wrote:lexington is great.the guardians42 wrote:Accepted Apps: Whats the general feeling on that -8 drop though?

No one has over reacted here..but yes I agree with that. Planning on pitting my W&L scholly against W&M...regardless of the ranking drop W&M will always be solid due to its prestigeDirtyolmuskrat wrote:People overreacting to these little fluctuations from 25-50 is nuts. I wish you luck. I negotiated with my W&L scholarship and others but did not get William and Mary to match. They did raise it, though. My W&L scholarship, especially after an unsolicited bump, is still far superior. William and Mary is making this an easy choice for me.the guardians42 wrote:No one has over reacted here..but yes I agree with that. Not sure if I should try to negotiate again with William and Mary or wait and see if they will give an unsolicited bump after asking for statements of intent from admitted students. At this point I am leaning to W&L.

Did you use a competing offer or was it more of just a general request to see if they had anymore funds?Dirtyolmuskrat wrote:I got a bump of 5,000 a year.JGPGH wrote:Has anyone had any luck with negotiating for scholarship increases?
